Re-arranging My Booth

Getting ready for the White Show is not an easy task.  Sandi, the shops new Creative Director, helped me re-arrange my space tonight.  I think it came out pretty good.  Thank you Sandi.  Couldn't have done it without you.

Drum Roll Please...................

I am a busy woman.  I have a full time job and I run the shop.  And even though I think I can do everything myself, I can't (which was very hard to admit).  So, I have asked Shop Girl, Sandi aka A Cottage Muse, to become the Creative Director of the Shop.
Sandi has become a great friend, and I deeply value her opinion.  She knows where I want to take the shop, and her ideas are always bringing us to that next level.
I made the announcement to the other shop girls at a meeting a few days ago.  Everyone has been very supportive and can't wait to see what Sandi will think up next.
She has already given me some great ideas about how to change up my own space in the shop for the White Show.  I'm very excited to work with Sandi on a different level, and to keep the shop growing and to keep everyone on their toes (especially me).

I Came to My Senses and Started Renting a Storage Space

My husband, Ray, has been after me for  awhile now, to get my furniture out of the garage.  After all, there has to be room for his 4 motorcycles and the 64 Nova.  Well, recently, a few of the shop girls have been talking about renting a storage space, to work on and store their furniture.  I have so much stuff, that I thought, I can fill my own space.  Well, I did it.  I rented an industrial space, located half way between my house and the shop.  Today, was the first day that we brought some stuff over.  Since the At Home With White Show is coming up in just about a month, I needed to put the stuff somewhere.  I'm happy and more importantly, my husband is happy.

These are just a few of the things that I've been working on for the show.
I bought this antique dress form, but it was red and black, so I tore the fabric off and painted it with Annie Sloan Chalk Paint.

Tables, tables everywhere.  All shapes and sizes, but all white.
